BLACK AND WHITE STREET PHOTOGRAPHY - PEOPLE, PLACES, STORIES

Welcome to My World Through the Lens

This is where everyday life meets the art of observation. My street photography captures fleeting expressions, hidden moments, and the raw beauty of urban life. Each image is a window into the soul of the city—unfiltered, honest, and alive.

Seeing the Extraordinary in the Ordinary

Wander through my portfolio and you'll find the quiet poetry of strangers passing by, the geometry of shadows on concrete, the pulse of a street corner just before it changes. These photographs aren't posed. They're discovered—snapshots of truth in motion.

Whether you're here to get inspired, explore the craft, or simply pause and appreciate, I invite you to see the world as I do: through light, shape, emotion, and story.

About Me

I’m a street photographer working between Berlin, Germany and Sydney/Newcastle, Australia.

My focus is people—strangers caught mid-thought, the hush before a city wakes, the flicker of a glance that says more than words ever could. I shoot primarily in black and white because it distills the image to what truly matters. It’s not about color. It’s about feeling.

Street photography, to me, isn’t about perfection. It’s about truth. About capturing the soul of a moment, not staging it.

What I Look For

Whether I’m walking the stark, shadowed streets of Berlin or the sunlit avenues of Sydney, I’m chasing the same thing—a moment that’s real.

A street that feels as if it's breathing.
A face that says something without speaking.
A photograph that couldn’t belong anywhere else.
